Amy has lived in Northern Virginia her whole life, and attended Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, Virginia. She decided to attend Northern Virginia Community College where she pursued her nursing career. She graduated in 2009 with her Associates in Nursing, and began working with Dr. Mountcastle shortly after she graduated. Amy’s job consists of assisting Dr. Mountcastle in all of his office procedures and surgeries, and handeling patient phone calls. Amy performs all the cosmetic sclerotherapy for spider veins, botox injections, and cosmetic fillers. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach and enjoying the outdoors! Amy is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have with your procedure.

Karina is in charge of coordinating your surgery with Dr. Mountcastle. Karina is also our insurance and billing specialist and is willing to help you with any questions you may have regarding your bill. Karina’s hobbies are yoga, cooking, and shopping.
